Investments in real estate projects are subject to market, construction, regulatory and liquidity risks. Estimated returns do not constitute a guarantee. The investor declares to know and accept said risks.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information, keep their account up to date, comply with anti-money laundering regulations (SARLAFT) and use the platform for lawful purposes.

These Terms are governed by Colombian law. Any controversy will be resolved by the competent judges of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
